WHY BECOME A VENDOR?

We are inviting food trucks and food vendors, retail and business vendors, artisans and makers, and community organizations and nonprofits to join our vendor village. This is a chance to share your food, goods, art, or mission with families, community members, and culture lovers across Kalamazoo — and to stand alongside a living tradition of Black joy and resilience. Black- and Brown-owned businesses are especially encouraged to apply.

VENDOR INFORMATION

Food Vendors

For food trucks, trailers, and prepared-food vendors. Space to accommodate cooking equipment and lines, with placement in the food area. Health permit and insurance required.

For retail sellers, service businesses, and product vendors sharing their goods and brand with the community. A standard marketplace space in the vendor village.

Artisan Vendor

For makers, crafters, and artists selling handmade or curated goods. The creative heart of the marketplace.
